this game is so fun, but it's impossible to pass levels without buying help. it needs to have ways to pass without a purchase. I have played it endlessly. each hotel needs gems to do upgrades. by the time I wait for more lives, earn one gem at a time, then wait days to build up enough to earn another gem, it would take a week or more to pass one level. I've played way too many similar games, like diner dash (played since 2008), to know it can be made to win without taking weeks per level.

Absolutely love Grand Hotel Mania! This is my favorite kind of game! I love the fast-paced gameplay—it keeps you busy and makes every level fun and exciting. I also really appreciate all the gifts and free diamonds you give us throughout the game. 💎 That makes such a difference and definitely keeps me wanting to play! Another huge plus is that, so far, there haven't been a ton of ads that you have to sit through just to enjoy the game. That's honestly refreshing for a mobile game.

This game is b#llsh!t. There's no way to get past certain levels without upgrades. There's no way to get upgrades without gems. The only way to get gems is to buy them with real money. You’ll occasionally be given the opportunity to watch an ad to get a gem, but you will only get one single gem. The upgrades cost anywhere from 6 to 20 gems. I find it beyond infuriating to be forced to watch ads constantly. If you love to watch ads and waste your hard earned money this is the game for you.
